Grand Hotel & Spa Tirana

By making a reservation, staying at, or using the services of Grand Hotel & Spa Tirana (“the Hotel”), guests agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time: Rooms are available from 14:00 (2:00 PM).

  • Check-out time: Rooms must be vacated no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of departure.

Guests are kindly requested to check the room for personal belongings before leaving. The Hotel is not responsible for items left behind after check-out.

Late check-out may be requested by contacting the front desk at least one day in advance. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

2. Breakfast

  • Breakfast buffet is served daily on the 1st floor from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

  • Breakfast may also be ordered via Room Service at an additional charge, according to the Room Service menu.

3. Payment and Credit Cards

The Hotel accepts the following credit and debit cards:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

  • Cash

Additional payment terms may apply depending on booking conditions.

4. Internet Access

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Hotel.

  • Wi-Fi Password: grandhotel2018

The Hotel is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues beyond its control.

5. Mini Bar

The mini bar is provided as an additional service for guest convenience.

  • Mini bar contents are checked daily.

  • Items consumed will be charged to the guest’s room account.

6. Room Service

Room Service is available via the QR code provided in each room. Prices and availability are displayed in the Room Service menu.

7. Safe Deposit Boxes

Each room is equipped with a safe deposit box, located inside the room’s closet. Guests are encouraged to store valuables securely.

The Hotel is not responsible for valuables not stored in the safe.

8. Lost & Found

For inquiries regarding lost or forgotten items, guests should contact the front desk. Found items are stored for a limited period according to Hotel policy.

9. Wake-Up Call Service

Wake-up call service is available upon request. Guests should contact the front desk to schedule this service.

10. Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed on the Hotel premises.

11. Guest Conduct and Responsibility

Guests are expected to respect Hotel property, staff, and other guests. Any damage caused to Hotel property may be charged to the guest.

12. Amendments

Grand Hotel & Spa Tirana reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available at the Hotel and on the official website.
